Branding for a manufacture

Kaei is a soap making start-up manufacture

Entering the extremely competitive field of cosmetics is especially challenging for a small manufacture. The brand needs to position itself firmly, and a strong & communicative visual language is vital for this cause. I directed the branding towards earthly tones, highlighting the products main advantage: Closeness with nature. The message has to come through for the target audience (customers of the age group 25-40), and adress them in a tone that evokes trust and interest. I used 3D modeling to create the organic shapes, using the texture of the actual products. Then, I paired it with gentle and sophisticated type — communicating the product's higher quality and price range.
